He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Kendig (Larry) of Osborne, Darlene Hadley (Craig) of Osborne, Shirley Thompson (Kent) of Osborne, Lisa Spears (Doyle) of Osborne, Deanna Smith (Rick) of Hays, Kansas. and Stan Mayers (Pam) of Hays, Kansas.; and his grandchildren, Carrie Rottinghaus (Thompson), Brian Hadley, Laurie Pitman (Kendig), Jill Guajardo (Hadley), Lance Kendig, Ryan Smith, Jacqueline Remus (Thompson), Brett Kendig, Scott Thompson, Derek Spears, Holly Cook (Smith), Dustin Spears, Renee Harrell (Thompson), Andrew Smith, Jenna Meyer (Mayers), Tana Fuentes (Spears), Jason Mayers, Dylan Spears and Jared Mayers. He is also survived by 39 great-grandchildren.
