She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin D. Fortney and Mary Lou Fortney (Stiver); her husband James R. Alley; and her siblings, Melvin Fortney and Denise Fortney.
She is survived by: her children, James R. Alley, Jr. of Tyrone, Kimberly S. Alley of Bellwood, Rory C. Fortney of Blandburg and Margaret C. "Katie" Turner (Jeff) of Osborne, KS.; and her siblings, John A. Fortney (Kelly) of Gallitzin and Tammy L. Merritts (Ron) of Altoona. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, one great-grandson.
