He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dugan and Florence Dugan (Forman). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his daughters, Jan Fiorelli (Jim) of Richmond, VA and Julie Wolters (Lance) of Osborne, KS; and his sister Margaret VanScyoc of Surprise, AZ. He is also survived by 5 grand-children & 4 great-grandchildren.
