He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ubelaker and Helena Ubelaker (Boden); and his in-laws, Jim and Elsie Hurt. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hurt; his daughters, Kelli King (David) of Phillipsburg, KS and Krisa Schneider (Joel) of Olmitz, KS; his grandchildren, Brayden, Bryson, Brody King, Peyton, Colt and Cade Schneider; and his siblings, Kenny Ubelaker (Shari) of Osborne, KS, Sandy Smith (Greg) of Hays, KS and Judy Gasper (Joe) of Tipton, KS.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Doug Ubelaker Memorial Fund.
