He is survived by: his wife Shelly Katzer; his sons, Matt and Nick Billion; his pets, Chloe and Grace; his parents-in-law, Tom and Mary Katzer; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Katzer, Tammy Chitwood (Mike) and Pat McGlashan; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Billion, Jake Wheeler, Jeff Wheeler, Jordan Wheeler (Beth), Drew Katzer, Tyler Owens, Andrea Read (Cory), Ashley Chitwood, Audry Owens and Megan Owens. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
