We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2023, at the age of 76, Margaret Curran of Osawatomie, Kansas, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Chesser and Vada Chesser (Butterfield); her husband Jim Curran; and her stepdaughter-in-law Julie Wallace-Taylor. She is survived by: her friends, Bonnie Wallace and Jessie Clark; her daughter Jeanette Mayhew of Olathe; her stepchildren, Mike Taylor (Saliha) of Osawatomie, Scott Taylor (Kursten) of Paola and Lisa Henderson (David) of Osawatomie; her brothers, Bill Chesser (Sandy) of Savannah, MO and Michael Chesser; her grandson John Brett Mayhew; her stepgrandchildren, Michael Taylor (Ashley), Logan Taylor, Hunter Taylor (Tiffany), Braxton Taylor (Erica), Amanda Brown (Jesse), Paige Taylor, Lindsey Lamb (Colton), Rachel Outler, Hailey Newman (Tony), Derek Bunce (Kyla) and Alex Cochrane (Morgan); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Austyn, Bowen, Payton Ann, Easton, Evelyn, Wyatt, Avery, Harper, Silas, Hadley, Pailynn, Wrenley, Brayden, Kenna, Jhett, Ike, Jaci, Zach, Zavier and David. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials are to be made in memory of Julie Wallace-Taylor to Miami County Cancer Foundation or USD 367 Julie Wallace-Taylor Memorial Scholarship and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
