He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Cook; and his son Brad Cook. He is survived by: his friend Resort; his wife Pam Cook; his children, Tracie Mulligan (Damon) of Olathe, KS, Brian Cook (Alicia) of Gardner, KS and Erin Buchman (Trenton) of Gardner, KS; and his grandchildren, Makinley, Grant, Gracelynn Cook, Kaiya Mulligan, Tyson and Trey Buchman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
