He is survived by: his wife Jamie Diane Wallace; his daughter Stacy England (Brad) of Osawatomie, KS; his sister Jeannie Buie (Kay) of Rantoul, KS; his grandchildren, Jess Allen Bolling, Riley, Regan and Rachel England; and his great grandchildren, Jesse and Isabella Bolling. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
