Fern Whitney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fern Whitney (Osawatomie, Kansas), who passed away on July 19, 2019 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Smith Sage and Jessie Parker Sage; and her sister Mildred "Peggy" Lambert. She is survived by: her sister Helen Cartwright; and her children, Bruce Whitney of Osawatomie and Elaine Akin of Lee's Summit, MO. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Osawatomie First United Presbyterian Church.
