He is survived by: his wife JoAnn of Lawrence, KS; his children, Karen Glennon, Wendy Agnes, Nancy Hays and Curtis Hays (Nancy); his sister Linda Carter (Sam); his sister-in-law Margaret Hays; and his grandchildren, Nathan Dame (Ashley), Nicholas Dame (Brandi), Bryce Agnes (Abbie), Carly Hackathorn (Alex), Chloe Karkhoff (Alex) and Cara Hays.
