With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William John Thomas (Osage City, Kansas), who passed away on February 21, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William M Thomas and Agnes P Thomas; and his sister Virgina Kusmaul. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Ann Ferdinand Thomas; his children, Nate (Hannah) and Tim (Heidi Thomas); his grandchildren, Kairis, Skyla and Stellan; his children, Karen and Joe Leibbrandt of El Dorado, KS; his grandchildren, Agnes, Emma, Ida and Obadiah; his children, Mary and Jon Walker of Holyrood, KS; his grandchildren, Harley, Haleigh, Hunter and Hayden; and his siblings, Shirley Maxwell of Alma, James Thomas of Emporia and Liz Robinson of Emporia. He is also survived by four children & 13 grandchildren.

In lieu of sending flowers, please consider sending a memorial donation to Cornerstone Baptist Church or to his local American Legion Post 389.
