Ruth Leota Houghton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Leota Houghton of Osage City, Kansas, who passed away on September 18, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Michael and Josephine Johnson Luthro; and her husband Jack E. Houghton. She is survived by: her children, Jerome E. Houghton (Leslie) of Winfield, Michael R. Houghton (Rosemary) of Green Valley, Arizona, Penelope K. Pingree (Jason) of Boston, Leanne S. Renfro (Wally) of Olathe and Sonja H. Dugan (Scott) of San Diego, California; and her sister Esther Mae Raugewitz of Wellsville, Kansas. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
