It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Carlson Jr. of Osage City, Kansas, who passed away on November 2, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Wilma Carlson, Sr. (Hasty); and his son Conrad. He is survived by: his wife Julie Hafenstein; his brother-in-law David "Haffy" Hafenstein; his son Shawn Carlson (Haley) of St. George, Kansas; his siblings, Stella Dorr, Bernadine Faulkner (Phil) of Osage City, Larry Carlson of Topeka, Danny Carlson (Betty) of Topeka and Alan Carlson (Patty) of Osage City; and his grandsons, Karter Lee and Konrad Gavin.
