Nila Ann Meyer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nila Ann Meyer (Osage City, Kansas), who passed away on May 15, 2020 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nila Ann Meyer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Noble and Mable Noble (Swartz); and her siblings, Gerald, Virgil, Loren and Cleo Howard.
She is survived by: her husband Carl; her children, Laura DeBaun (Tom), Karen Oliver (William) of Shawnee, KS and Carl Meyer Jr. (Shera) of Oskaloosa, KS; her grandchildren, Alex DeBaun (Tammi), Loren DeBaun (Letisha), Kathryn Boss (Lucas), Maureen Baraban (Brian), Will Oliver and Owen Meyer; and her stepgranddaughters, Kelli George (Manoj) and Jill Rogers (Gary). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 6 step great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service will be held as soon as Covid-19 restrictions allow.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Nila Meyer to the First United Methodist Church of Osage City or to the Nila Meyer Scholarship Fund in care of VanArsdale Funeral Chapel, 107 N. 6th St., Osage City, KS 66523.
