It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Lynn Stromgren of Osage City, Kansas, born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on October 3, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Smith and Letha Ecord Smith of Overbrook; her husband Leroy Stromgren; her children, Nicole Stromgren (Melissa) of Omaha and Ben Stromgren (Anastasia) of Katy, Texas; her brothers, Bruce Smith (Debbie) of Oklahoma City, Neil Smith (Joni) of Overbrook and Russell Smith (Stephanie) of Overbrook; and her grandchildren, Lily, Braxton, Rozie, Mara and Samantha.
