She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Burton and Lillion Hogan (Bergstrom); her husband John Henry Kolbaba; her son Steven R. Kolbaba; her grandson Hunter Ayers; and her brothers, Russell and Thomas Hogan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Price (Vernon) of Emporia and Kathy Ayers (Robert) of Osage City; and her brother Eddie Hogan (Nellie) of Topeka. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
