He is survived by: his friend Church; his brother Alan Lewis (Cathy) of Emporia; his nephew Jack Lewis of Potwin, Kansas; his niece Wendy Johnson of Manhattan, Kansas; and his great-nephews, Chester, Charlie Johnson and Hallmark.
