He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Feltner and Ruth Feltner (Reese). He is survived by: his children, Charles "Charlie" Feltner of Burlington and Laura Feltner of Lawrence; his sisters, Joyce Feltner-Nagy (Steve) of Republic and Barbara Feltner-Muset (Robert) of Osage City; and his granddaughters, Chelsea Feltner, Jamie Johnson and Esabella Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
