He is survived by: his wife Sonia Lewis (Irish); his children, Ruby Tate (Gary) of Topeka, KS, Terri Fields of Topeka, KS and Albert Lewis, Jr. (Angie) of Osage City, KS; and his brothers, Henry Clark (Debbi) of Emporia, KS, David Clark (Nola) of Topeka, KS and Bobby Lewis (Ruth) of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
