He is survived by: his wife Maxine Seal; his daughters, Deborah Mertz (Chuck) of Opolis and Carol Cummins (Perry) of Pittsburg, Kansas; his granddaughters, Amy Redd (Jason) of Frontenac, Lora Mertz (Vince Overfield) and Tara Carpenter (Jerime) of Pittsburg; his great grandchildren, Ellie Carpenter and Ethan Carpenter; and his sister Evelyn Lewis of Nixa, Missouri..
