He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Ratcliff and Florence Perrussel Ratcliff; his wife Patricia Ann Lauby; and his brothers, Gene Ratcliff and Duane Ratcliff.
He is survived by: his children, Machelle Kleinjan (Richard) of Kearney, NE, Crystal Kelly (Steve) of Neosho, MO, Staci Ratcliff (Susie) of Neosho, MO and Bill Kelly (Tonya); his brother Leon Ratcliff (Lois); his grandchildren, Tyson, Samantha Kleinjan, Derreck Kelly (Jayna), Sarah Kelly, Lane Boe and Maegen "Pumpkin" Lightner; and his great grandchildren, Raine Kleinjan, Skyler, Lliam, Arthur, Claire and Beck Kelly.
