She was predeceased by: her parents, Urban O'Keeffe and Cecelia Roggenkamp O'Keeffe; her son Michael McNally; her grandson Mitchell Hermreck; her son-in-law Dennis Hermreck; and her brothers, Jack O'Keefe and Bud O'Keefe.
She is survived by: her children, D. Thomas McNally, Jr. (Natalie) of Flagstaff, AZ, Chuck McNally (Terri), Patrick McNally (Cathy), Shawnee, Robert McNally (Trisha), Bill McNally (Pam), Ann Hermreck and Erin Henry (Chris); and her siblings, Steve O'Keeffe, Julia Conaway of Onaga, Marsha Bergman of Onaga and Pam Kufahl of Onaga. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
