She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ernest and Evelyn Marie Richmond Porter; her husband John H. Lewis; her half-siblings, Dale "Tex" Handley and Judy Spurlock; and her stepsiblings, Clarence "Bud" Handley, Gladys Gillenwater and Lucile Armstrong.
She is survived by: her son Bob Lewis (Pam) of Frisco, TX; her half-brother Melvin "Tobe" Handley; her grandson Chris Lewis (Julie); and her great grandchildren, Brady John, Austin Christopher and Sydney Paige Lewis of Lewisville, TX..
