He was predeceased by: his parents, Damien Elder and Corrine Miller Elder; his spouse Gail Ward; and his sisters, Carol Bahret and Martha Bettencourt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Paulette Mazur (Joe) of Midway, GA, Angela Venneberg (Fred) of Onaga and Jo Lynn Obr of Onaga; and his brother Don Elder (Jenny). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
