He was predeceased by: his wife Lila; and his brother Roger H. Johnson. He is survived by: his brother Philip N. Johnson; his children, David Erik Johnson, Ann Kristin Diaz and Amy Elizabeth Smith; and his granddaughter Madison Renee Smith.
