He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Powers and Wanda L. LaHue (Pahmahmie); and his siblings, Kathleen Powers and Donald Powers. He is survived by: his daughter Rhiannon Leitterman of Parkville, MO; and his siblings, Rochelle "Shelly" Johnson (Virgil) of Fairway, KS and Steve Hope of Deltona, FL. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
