He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Richmond Handley Novak and Bert Handley; his wife Mary Jean Handley (Grim); and his siblings, Dale "Tex" Handley, Phyliss Lewis Porter (John), Judy Handley (Spurlock), Clarence "Bud" Handley, Gladys Gillenwater and Lucile Armstrong.
He is survived by: his daughter Melinda Handley Fisher (Ramon) of Onaga; his grandchildren, Dalton Blow (Kelsey) of Onaga, Dustin Blow (Megan) of Wheaton, Kassidy Fisher (Kameron) of Topeka, Zachary Fisher (Baker University) of Onaga and Rayce Fisher of Onaga; his sisters-in-law, Cindy Hays (Hank) of Fort Smith and Neva Handley of Onaga; and his great grandchildren, Brynnlee and Baker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and numerous longtime friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Eastridge Nursing Facility in Centralia, KS, as a token of gratitude for the amazing and compassionate care provided to Tobe.
