She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter David and Loedisa David (Teichmer); her child Loedisa Jo; her husband John; her son John David; and her siblings, Ethel, Floyd (Bernice) and Johnny.
She is survived by: her children, David Eugene, Jo Petty (Jerry) and Stephanie Brock; her grandchildren, Amy Glaves (Scott), Tim Petty, Alicia Matson (Brian) and Zack Lock (Becca); and her great grandchildren, Brigham, Brady Glaves, Jovin, Kaiden Matson, Blake and Tate Lock. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
