He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Falk and Elsa Honig Falk; and his siblings, Donald Falk and Geraldine Falk. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Berges; his children, Rodney Falk (Julie) and Lori Fortin (Kevin); his brothers, Myron Falk (Wilma) and Milton Falk (Cindy); his sister-in-law Virginia Falk; his grandchildren, Nicole Cooper (Robert), Taylor Falk, Erica Falk, Macy Falk, Carter Falk, Jessie Fortin and Erin Fortin; and his great grandchildren, Camden and Bentley Cooper.
