She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Berends and Myrtle Odle Berends; and her brothers, Marvin Berends and Robert Berends. She is survived by: her spouse Warren Hamilton; her children, Barbara Reeves, Seneca Smith, Victoria Smith (Berry "Smitty") and Rickey Hamilton (Phyllis) of Tecumseh, OK; and her siblings, Williams Berends of Columbus, GA, Lois Nicholas, Wichita Padget and Joyce Padget. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
