She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerald "Jack" and Clara Mitchell Gebhardt; her husband Duane L. Kufahl; her children, Mark Kufahl (Pam) and Susan Labbe (Dave) of Onaga; and her grandchildren, Matt, Lucas and Abbie. She was also cherished by four great grandchildren.
