Richard Lee Albert Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Lee Albert of Olpe, Kansas, who passed away on November 18, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Albert and Leota Scales Albert; his former wife Cynthia Hess; his children, Amy McClelland (Jason) of Madison, Megan Broyles (Stephen Dawson) of Emporia and Jason Albert (Danielle) of Madison; his grandchildren, Alleda Cole (Jesse), Corey McClelland (Makenzie), Lauryn Broyles, Makenna Broyles, Addyson Broyles, Sadie Albert, Logan Albert and Annistyn Albert; and his great grandchildren, Lucy Cole, Jack Cole, Charlie Cole, Marnie McClelland and Franny McClelland.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the VanArsdale Funeral Home - Madison (202 W Main Ave, Madison, KS 66860). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Lamont Wesleyan Church (2726 349th St, Madison, KS 66860).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Eagle Creek Saddle Club and sent in care of the funeral home.
