With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Imogene E. Schmidt (Olpe, Kansas), who passed away on March 13, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth J. Schmidt; and her brothers, Vincent Scheve and Clarence Scheve. She is survived by: her children, Scott Schmidt (Donna) of Gardner, Steven Schmidt (Lydia) of Lincoln, Stanley Schmidt (Cheryl) of Overland Park, Jolene Arndt (Ken) of Emporia and Julie Schmidt of Emporia; and her grandchildren, Tyson Schmidt (Leslie), Trent Schmidt (Kristin), Rebecca Arndt, Dustin Arndt, Molly Parrish (Dean), Marla Schmidt, Amanda Schmidt, Jordan Schmidt, Ryan Schmidt, Taylor Schmidt and Ava Rudolph. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions to the Knights of Columbus or Hand in Hand Hospice can be sent in care of the funeral home.
