He was predeceased by: his brother Ron Simmons of Topeka. He is survived by: his children, Michael Simmons and Jennifer Grabenbauer; his grandchildren, Gavin and Maddox of South Carolina; and his sisters, Pam Brennan of Silver Lake and Deb Powell of Lecompton.
