He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Mitchell II and Shirley Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Denise Mitchell (Reed) of Spring Hill, KS; his daughters, Mallory Martinez (Michael) and Mellany Chadwell (Joseph) of Olathe, KS; his grandchildren, Makaily, Maxlyn, Mayer Martinez, Brynleigh and Brexton Chadwell of Olathe, KS; and his brother Clark "Burt" Mitchell III (Julie) of Great Bend, KS.. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
