It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Kathleen Riley (Olathe, Kansas), who passed away on March 23, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Rev. J. A. Biggs and Bessie Biggs (Moses); her husband Dr. Phillip M Riley; her children, Dr. Sondra Cave (Robert) of Olathe, KS, Dr. David Riley (Renee) of Olathe, KS and Dr. Paul Riley (Sandy) of Valencia, CA.; and her grandchildren, Bobby Cave (Jaleah), Heather Vallad (Jeremy), Emily Grusenmeyer (Eric), Chandler Riley (Caroline), AnnMarie Riley and Lauren Bagian (Mike). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, her parents and 4 brothers, and is survived by 4 sisters and 1 brother.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to Trevecca Nazarene University, Office of University Engagement, 333 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37210-2877, and given in memory of Shirley Riley (Biggs).
