It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Ann McDannald of Olathe, Kansas, born in Pratt, Kansas, who passed away on October 30, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Everett and Frances Richey (Hayworth); her husband Ronald D. McDannald; and her siblings, Ramona McKimm and William Richey.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Dewayne McDannald (Kathryn) and Cindy Lynn McDannald (Georgia); her siblings, James Richey, Jody Alley and Sheila Davis; her grandchildren, Christopher, Victoria, Zachary, Jerry, Joyce and Shelby; and her stepmother Judy Kay Richey. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bruce Funeral Home (106 S Center St, Gardner, KS 66030). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
