Planted in memory of Ronald L. Weber Obituary for Ronald L. Weber Ronald Leon Weber passed away Nov 11, 2023 at Olathe Medical Center. Ronald was born July 5, 1948 in Springfield, Missouri to Archie and, Alma F (Newland) Weber. He grew up in the De Soto area graduating, from De Soto High School in 1966. He completed technical school, before entering the US Army. Ronald retired from King Radio/Honeywell in 2010 after 40 years of service. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, snowmobiling, and, just enjoying life in retirement. He always had a project going on inside, and out in his garden. He had the knack to grow the best tomatoes in the neighborhood. Preceded in death by Parents Orville W (Archie) and Alma Weber. Ronald is survived by his family. Wife and best friend, Sharon Lust of 25 years. Daughter, Hayley Weber (Osawatomie), Sons, Ryan Weber (Olathe) and Eric Lust (Kansas City). He was our "rock", always there for us and will be missed so much. Siblings, Sandy Miller, Gerald Kennon, Debbie Anderson, and Linda Leatherwood, (Arkansas). He also has one grand-daughter, Kaylee Adams, who he, enjoyed spending time with when she was growing up. (In lieu of flowers) Memorials suggested to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, Starfish Project Foundation in Olathe or, of your choice. Private Burial in De Soto Cemetery with family and friends, Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel in De Soto is assisting the family.
