He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughter Carly Ann Sladek (Ryan); his grandchildren, Grayson and Olivia; his stepson Lee Morris (Melissa); his grandchildren, Paris and Mason; his siblings, Gwen Ball, Melanie Cox (Don), Donald Ellis (Deb), Bonnie Hitchcock (Steve) and Earlene Boles (Mike); and his aunt Janiese Delay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
