He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Dallas and Ola Irene Epps (Rollins); and his son Reggie L. Epps. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Epps; his children, Renee Rutherford (Dudley) and Jack Epps (Haley); his daughter-in-law Shara Epps; and his siblings, Carol White (Epps) and Dwight Epps. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bruce Funeral Home (712 S Webster St, Spring Hill, KS 66083).
