He was predeceased by: his father Clayton Ford. He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Elisabeth and Olivia Rose Ford; his father-in-law Charles Morrow; his daughter Emily Grace Ford; his wife Christine Ford; his mother Cynthia Ford-Francis (Don) of Olathe, Kansas; his sister Melanie Hayes (Todd) of Shawnee, Kansas; his mother-in-law Joyce Morrow; and his sisters-in-law, Rebecca Lee (Andrew) and Deborah Hallowell (Jeff) of Olathe, Kansas. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
