She is survived by : her children, Barbra Levine Pakravan (Pak), Jack Levine (Kristen) and Randy Levine (Bob Presz) of Milwaukee; and her sister Barbara Rose of Sonoma, California..

A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Congregation Beth Shalom (815 38th St, Sioux City, IA 51104).

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in memory of Jan Levine to Hospice of Siouxland.
