He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Parker and Betty Parker (Perkins). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ross; his brother Mark Parker (Holly); and his children, Brian Parker (Rachel) and Kimberly Parker. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
