She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Shields and Marie Shields. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her siblings, Nada Jensen, Billy Mark, Doris Dean, Nancy Bruffet and Deborah Newman (Dave); her children, Lauretta Hlebichuk (Don), Geneva Rush, David Bledsoe (Vicki), Victor Bledsoe (Colleen) and Warren Bledsoe (Stacey); her siblings, Walter Shields Jr., Janice Frydendall and Florence Davis; her son-in-law Rodney Rush; and her grandsons, Lynn and Matthew. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Community of Christ Church (15520 S Ridgeview Rd, Olathe, KS 66062).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice House (Olathe) or Evergreen Community (Olathe), whose compassionate care supported Ina and her family in her final days.
