It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Helena Myers of Olathe, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on October 16, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her siblings, Al V., Jr. and Elizabeth; her children, Joseph, Michelle and Karen; her grandchildren, Katie Myers, Annie Buchanan (Bryce), Mary Szulakowski (Matt), Sarah Padesky (Andrew), Teresa Myers, Casey Shaw and Haley Shaw; her great grandchild Ward Buchanan; and her siblings, Lizann Soetaert (Don) and Dave Van Hee (Carolyn Coleman). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
