He is survived by: his wife Carmelita Buehne; his children, Jeffrey Slattery, Laura Wineinger (Wyatt) and Darren Slattery (Tammy); his brother Stanley Slattery (Shirley); and his sister-in-law Elaine Slattery. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
