He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Smalberger and Arvilla Smalberger; his siblings, Rex Smalberger (Gladys), Lloyd Smalberger, Maynard Smalberger, Darl Smalberger, Harold Smalberger, Arthea Smalberger, Beluah Lawver (Earl), Ella Mae Wahrman, Margie Welsh (Loren) and Donna Lee Smalberger; and his sister-in-law Shirley Smalberger.
He is survived by: his brother Richard of Beaverton Oregon; and his brother-in-law Bill Wahrman of Strasburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
