He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bowen and Agnes Bowen (Barkley); his wife Charlotte Ann Schmidt; and his siblings, Bobby Bowen and Marion Robish.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Bowen of Oberlin, KS, Christine Bowen (Cara Frazier) of Denver, CO, Kathryn of Sioux Falls, SD and Mary Jacobs (Don) of Huron, SD.; and his pet Murphy. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Make a Wish Foundation.
