She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Vacura; her parents, Joseph Krizek and Ella Krizek; her siblings, Dale Krizek, Delmar Krizek and Eleanor Edgett; her sons-in-law, Don Barratt and Allen Capps; and her brothers-in-law, Alvin Neel, Karl Weichmann and Henry Edgett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marcella Capps of Tulsa, Pat Fringer (Rod) of Oberlin and Reta Barratt of Oberlin, Kansas; her sisters, Sylvia Neel of Fort Worth and Amy Weichmann of Wichita; and her sister-in-law Ardell Krizek of North Platt, Nebraska. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
