He is survived by: his wife Donna Otis of Oberlin, KS; his children, Brandon Otis (Jennifer) of Wichita, KS and Jaime Rhoades (David) of Lawton, OK; his stepchildren, Tina Meitl (Gary) of Dresden, KS, Rhonda Cox (Kenneth) of Sioux Falls, SD and Galen Stacey of Manhattan, KS; and his siblings, David Otis (Gayle) of Ulysses, KS, Lynn Otis Rowe of Tampa, FL, Dara Leaming (Roger) of Fort Scott, KS and Paul Otis (Vicki) of Flemington, NJ.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren.
